Green Coriander Chutney
- Separate the coriander and mint leaves from their stems. Place the leaves in a colander and wash them thoroughly.
- In the blender add the coriander and mint leaves with the rest of the ingredients. Grind everything together, in between stop the blender open the lid and push down the leaves and add water as required for grinding. Adjust the amount of water according to preferred consistency of chutney.
- Grind it until you get a smooth consistency. Transfer the chutney in a bowl and refrigerate. Serve it chilled.
- Adding tomato to the chutney enhances the flavour, consistency and the volume of the chutney.
